Hosted by local hero Paul Ainsworth who has invited friends to share the Chef Tipis with him, turning signature dishes into mouth-watering taster plates, served by the best restaurants from around the South West.  

Paul will also be hosting our Chefs’ Demos on The Pearl stage throughout the day, a sumptuous demo kitchen where you can sit back and settle in, while learning tricks of the trade. 

Our Open Fire Cooking Corner at Mussel Beach takes alfresco food theatre to another level with live fire demonstrations set against a backdrop of the beautiful Camel Estuary.

All this alongside local produce and a joyful selection of street food traders, there’s sure to be something to tantalise everyone’s taste buds and to pick up a sample or two.
