That’s not a problem! Just send us an email to info@rockoysterfestival.co.uk with your name, email address and the Parking Reference number from the original email you were sent to register your vehicle and we can reset it for you.

The following steps outline how to add your vehicle registration plate number:

1. When you purchase a parking pass for either our Weekend or Day car parks (this doesn’t not apply to Boutique Camping and Camel Camp), you will automatically receive an email from MyCarPass. This email will contain a Parking Reference number
2. Click on the red button within the email “Register My Vehicle”
3. Enter the Parking Reference number found within the email
4. You will then be redirected to a page that is pre-populated with all your booking information, including order number and parking pass type
5. At the bottom of the form you will find a text box called Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM), enter your vehicle registration plate here and click Complete Parking Pass.

It’s THAT simple!

If you’ve got to Rock Oyster and suddenly realised you’ve not purchased a parking pass, no need to panic! When you get to the festival site there will be signage featuring payment information within the car parks explaining how to pay for parking.

Important

If you arrive without a parking pass, please make sure you pay for your pass within the timeframe outline to avoid receiving a Parking Charge Notice (PCN).

That’s not an issue, you will have up to 2 days before the festival to register a vehicle on your parking pass.
