At Mini Yoga we are passionate about helping children to improve and develop their physical strength and emotional awareness through practising yoga. Yoga has many benefits – physical, mental and emotional.

At Mini Yoga we aim to help to develop strength, flexibility and balance whilst also improving concentration and mindfulness as well as increasing confidence to enable children to live calmer, happier lives.

We are fully inclusive and offer yoga to children aged 4 – 12 through a fun, engaging and safe environment where children are encouraged to participate to their own abilities.
