29 JULY - 1 AUG 2027
NR ROCK, CORNWALL

Applications FOR 2027 ARE NOT CURRENTLY OPEN.

We have made changes to our accessibility process for 2027, please read each section carefully.

Rock Oyster is looking forward to welcoming our Deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent customers to join us this year. To make your weekend as enjoyable as we can, we have a number of accessible facilities around the site that are bookable to pre-registered customers. We recommend making requests via the form below as soon as you can, as some of our provisions do reach capacity closer to the festival and are not guaranteed.

BEfore applying please ensure you have purchased all other entry tickets prior to applying.

THE FESTIVAL SITE

Dinham House is the proud home of Rock Oyster. It is a wonderful green field space and a family home. The terrain is mixed and rarely flat, with grass fields, sandy outcrops and the tidal creek shapes the shoreline. We are open to all the elements and there is limited tented cover.

The accessible campsite is closest to the arena, but can still require traversing uneven terrain. General, Family, Camel Camp and Boutique campsites are not easily accessible to those with mobility issues as the routes connecting the campsites to the main site are winding, steep in places, with uneven surfaces that are not currently wheelchair-friendly. There is no accessible shower provision in any other campsite outside of the accessible campsite.

ESSENTIAL COMPANION TICKETS

Essential Companion tickets are only provided to those who would be unable to attended without help and support from someone else.

If the person approved for an Essential Companion is aged 16 or under, they must also be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. The child cannot attend the festival with only their Essential Companion.

ACCESSIBLE CAMPSITE

For Weekend Camping Ticket Holders: The accessible campsite is reserved for customers who may require specialist facilities and closer access to the main arena. Our applications will open in the first few months of the year. The space in this location is limited and is issued on a first-come-first served basis for that reason. Customers will have the option to:

  • bring their own tent
  • bring a Live-in Vehicle

We do not provide any camping structures for customers.

The campsite opens 10am Thursday for campsite arrival and set up only; the arena will open on Friday for a full day of entertainment but there will be no food, drink or entertainment provisions in the accessible campsite on Thursday. Please come prepared.

We have a dedicated accessibility camping area, which is close to both the parking area and the festival site entrance. No power is provided. This pitch size is 4x4m Limited live-in vehicle pitches are available at 4x6m. All spaces in this campsite will need to be pre-booked. Pitch sizes must include any awnings. We will provide accessible toilet and shower facilities to be used by those in accessible camping only.

We have dedicated accessibility parking for the users of the accessible campsite. Customers will be allowed one space per accessible customer, and additional vehicles will need to be parked in the main carpark. Please note, for safety reasons you will not be able to park your vehicle directly next to your tent. You must purchase a Blue Car Parking Pass, the team will then move you into our Accessible Car Park.

The accessible campsite is monitored by festival staff to ensure it remains a calm and quiet space where those with access requirements can feel at home and take a break from the festival as needed.

For Day Ticket Holders: we have dedicated accessibility parking which is opposite the festival entrance, this will need to be pre-booked via the form.

BLUE BADGE PARKING

If you require Blue Badge parking as a Camping or Day visitor, you must still pay for a parking pass. Once your application is approved the team will then move your parking pass into our Accessible Car Parks.

For 3 Day or Friday / Saturday / Sunday tickets holders, book a space in the Red Car Park. For Camping ticket holders, book a space in the Blue Car Park.
