Tom Hodgkinson: How to be Idle

Writer and editor Tom Hodgkinson cofounded the Idler Magazine in 1993. Espousing a slower pace of life with plenty of time for rest, play, and creativity, it has lasted for more than 30 years and has spawned retreats, festivals and over 70 online courses, as well as a number of books including the bestselling How to Be Idle, which has been translated into 25 languages worldwide.

Over the course of this session Tom will be reflect on being “the hardest working man in slow business” and throwing out some tips on how to enjoy life as it comes, rather than toiling for an imagined better future.
