Masterclass – Cornish Edibles

Led by the author and Porthminster Beach Cafe’s very own Mick Smith.  Recently hailed as ‘Best in the South West‘ by the Trencherman’s Awards, this beautiful beachside restaurant expresses an affinity with its natural surroundings, from the freshest of locally caught seafood to vegetables grown in the cafe’s hillside garden and wild herbs foraged locally. 

Chef Proprietor Mick will show participants what is available to us via our Cornish landscapes, and when’s best to look, pick or catch.
