Through movement, Lucy wants to help you to connect more fully with nature and yourself.
Her yoga practice honours the natural world, referencing seasons, traditions, and lunar cycles. Inspired by these aspects she weaves them into her yoga classes, building a dynamic vinyasa flow that looks to align you with the world around, whilst encouraging you to turn your attention inwards.
Lunar Flow Yoga uses the moon phase to guide our practice, connecting this with our inner energetic world, deepening the connection between ourselves and nature. Expect a creative, light-hearted practice, “a workout with soul”.
