Kate Chadderton has been practising yoga for 23 years and teaching yoga for nearly three years. She teaches Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga and Vinyasa yoga.
Kate believes that yoga offers a fabulous toolbox of practices to support our general wellbeing and so much more. Her approach is nurturing with a focus on alignment. Classes with Kate will help you to find the space you need to breathe and to then be able to breathe into deeper into that space, supporting you to let go and find your inner glow.
