Charlie Walters


Charlie Walters is 22 and started working in kitchens aged 14. He has worked in restaurants across Devon and Cornwall for the last eight years.

Charlie trained at Cornwall College and then went on to work at places such as The Elephant and The Mariners by Paul Ainsworth. He now works at The Sardine Factory in Looe.

He wowed judges on BBC’s Masterchef: The Professionals during 2023 and made it all the way to the finals.

Being super ambitious, Charlie wishes to have his own restaurant in the near future where he can pursue his own style of food.
