Having worked around the Southwest in various 1,2 & 3 Rosette pubs and restaurants, Adam joined the Pig on The Beach as a Chef de Partie in 2015 He quickly rose through the ranks, and in 2019 was honoured with the opportunity to open the Pig at Harlyn Bay.  Sitting alongside James Golding, Group Chef of The Pig, Adam has led the kitchen of this prestigious hotel restaurant, new to the Cornish portfolio of hotel restaurant experiences for the past 2 years now. Adam is an exciting chef to watch.
