We’ve launched our downloadable programme to make it easy for you to plan your perfect weekend away at Rock Oyster. To help remind ourselves how to have a great time after the long lockdown months, we’ve dreamt up how you come and enjoy a day with us.

Morning

Start your day with a breath of coastal air and ease into the morning with a choice of Hatha, Elemental Flow or Restorative yoga in the Jellyfish Tent. . If you’re looking for more high octane adventures head down to Mussel Beach for a wild run in nature or glide through the ocean in a Canadian Canoe. And if you want to do more than just push the boat out, then join our experienced Coasteering team and jump off the cliffs into the sea!

From as early as 10am, foodie fans can step inside our stunning Pearl Stage to see legendary chefs serving up some brilliance in over 25 cooking demonstrations, including our host Paul Ainsworth, alongside Josh Eggleton, Ping Coombes, Juliet Sear, Michael Caines MBE, Romy Gill MBE and many more.

For the parents among us, you’ll be pleased to know that Rock Oyster is a playground for littlies, all-day, everyday! Take a walk into the Woods with your mini gang, where they can join our Forest School or watch them hone their circus skills with Flotsam the Fool in the Jellyfish Field.

Lunch

After a morning of roaming the beautiful surroundings of Dinham House, you couldn’t be in a better place for a little slice of culinary heaven. Satisfy your rumbling tummy over at our Chefs Tipis where you can sample tasting plate delights from some of Cornwall’s most loved restaurants including St Kew Inn, The Mariners, Cornish Arms and chefs from the Great British Menu. If flames are more your thing, then Mussel Beach is the place to go with open fire cooking demonstrations from Valentine Warner, Gill Meller, Tom Hunt and many more! All this alongside local produce and a joyful selection of street food traders, there’s sure to be something to tantalise everyone’s taste buds and to pick up a sample or two.

Afternoon

Re-energised by the freshest produce Cornwall has to offer, there are even more Coastal Adventures to be had. Head to where some of the finest waves can be found in the UK, grab a board and try your hand at Surfing or Sea Kayaking. Meanwhile our Jellyfish Tent programme has something for young and old alike, whether it’s Belly Board Painting, Hip Hop Yoga and Ukulele Workshops! And if you happen to be winding down the littlies for the evening ahead, you can snuggle up for some Storytelling at dusk.

For those of you who can’t wait to get your toes tapping after a year of being stuck at home, our musical programme will be in full swing by the afternoon. Party with local Cornish bands  at the Camel Inn, where you can cosy up with your nearest and dearest to make those lockdown blues a thing of the past.
