The Food

From our celebration of the Oyster to the best local produce that Cornwall has to offer there will be plenty of food and drink to sample and buy to go. 

This year we are introducing cookery demonstrations. We will be bringing together the best chefs in the region who will be giving you a glimpse into their world while showing off their skills.

• Artisan food grown or reared with love and served with relish
• The famous and hotly contested oyster shucking competition with one of Rick Stein's star chefs, Stephane Delourme defending his 2011 title
